We speak life through educational and inspirational media, annual conferences, and women’s wellness retreats on mental health care and emotional healing.

Although mental health and emotional well-being are amongst the cornerstones of human dignity, mental health problems are more prevalent than cancer and heart disease combined, with 1 in 5 adults and 1 in 6 youth experiencing mental illness in any given year. According to the World Health Organization’s 2022 World Mental Health Report, nearly one billion people around the world live with a diagnosable mental health disorder. Sadly, that figure is increasing globally.

Having persevered through insurmountable odds in her own life, Dr. Tiare Gross knows firsthand the pain and suffering of ill mental health and struggling to break free from the entanglements of generational cycles of deep-rooted emotional wounds.
With a calling and genuine concern to help others navigate their way out of psycho-emotional pain, she is personally, professionally, academically, and spiritually equipped and devoted to empower a generation of women and families toward healing and recovery.
