Manumit Ministries is a life-giving non-denominational 501c3 nonprofit ministry that uses the Word of God to give hope, breathe life, and empower women into self-love and healing from unresolved anger, deep-rooted emotional pain, and cycles of abuse.

Our mission is to help women heal deeply, walk in dignity, and live freely through the transforming wisdom and power of God’s Word.

What Does Manumit Mean?
Manumit is a verb that means to free, release, or liberate from slavery. Not slavery in the conventional sense of forced labor, restricted physical freedom, or treating humans as property; but freedom from the slavery of mental and emotional strongholds such as unresolved anger and learned toxicity that regurgitate suffering and pain. It’s a word that encapsulates the heart and soul of the ministry.

1. Freedom and Dignity
We believe it’s time for women to be free from emotional, spiritual, and mental bondage to walk upright in the fullness and dignity that God intends.
2. Bible-Centered and Evidence-Based Healing
We believe true and lasting healing begins with the Word of God. We also believe God uses the knowledge He’s implanted in the earth through evidence-based psychotherapeutic tools and techniques. We incorporate both in pursuit of truth and transformation that lasts.
3. Healing at the Root
We believe real change starts within. So we go beyond surface fractures to hidden shame and buried emotional pain in pursuit of root healing. As hearts are healed and minds renewed, lives are transformed.
4. Safe Communities
We cultivate an environment of compassion and confidentiality in our events, where women feel safe, seen, supported, and heard in their journey to healing.

The Multiplier Effect
Women are the primary nurturers and caregivers of children and communities across the globe, with a natural tendency to support those in need. Using a top-down approach, we believe the more women we lead into clarity and healing, the better trickle-down multiplier outcomes for us all.
